How should I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft-bristled brush or cloth with warm water and detergent-free soap. Do not use anything abrasive.
Will my jewelry tarnish when exposed to lotion or sea water?
We have showered, swum and sweated in our pieces, and worn them covered in lotion. They still look amazing: no rust, no fading, no dullness.
Can I really wear my jewelry 24/7?
Our pieces are designed for daily wear: waterproof, sweatproof, tarnish-resistant and safe to wear with cosmetics.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime color warranty. Should your piece lose its golden hue, email us and we will replace it with a new item.
Shipping
What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
Shipping is free. Europe (including the Netherlands and Belgium): 7 to 15 working days. The estimate shown at checkout does not include weekends, holidays or courier delays. If your items have different availability, your order may ship in separate packages.
Will I be charged duties?
No. We cover duties and taxes, so there are no extra fees to receive your package.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, we ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada and most of the world. We are unable to ship to Russia and China at this time.
Is a signature required on delivery?
No.
My order is running late. What should I do?
We apologize if your order has not arrived on time. If you do not see a tracking update, contact us at info@helgahelena.com and we will help.
I did not receive a tracking number.
We send a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder, or contact our support team.
Warranty and returns
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, which usually begins within 1 to 2 hours after ordering. Email us with your name, email address and order number.
Can I change my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order is still with us, we may be able to help.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, without scratches or wear marks. We recommend a trackable service for returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we check your return, and may take another 1 to 3 days to show in your account.
