Helga & Helena proudly ships worldwide. Due to unpredictable factors, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery times
- Europe (including the Netherlands and Belgium): 7 to 15 working days
- United Kingdom: 6 to 10 working days
- United States: 7 to 13 working days
- Canada: 7 to 14 working days
- Australia: 7 to 14 working days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 15 working days
Times are averages and may be affected during busy periods. All orders ship with tracked delivery from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Shipping is free.
Late or lost orders
Please make sure the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses, or for deliveries requested to neighbors or left in unsecured locations.
Countries we cannot ship to
At this time we cannot ship to China.
Returns
We offer a 30-day exchange or refund guarantee starting from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot refund lost returns. See our Refund Policy for how to start a return.
Exchanges
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original packaging. We cover the cost of the first exchange from our warehouse.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@helgahelena.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos.
