To start a return, email info@helgahelena.com with the subject line "Return", a detailed description of the issue, and a photo of the item in its original packaging.
Our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period we cannot accept returns or exchanges. To qualify, items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation policy
Once an order is placed it begins its journey to you straight away. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, which usually begins within 1 to 2 hours of ordering.
