This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Helga & Helena (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

We use Order Information to fulfill orders (payment, shipping, invoices and confirmations), to communicate with you, to screen orders for risk or fraud, and to provide information or advertising about our products in line with your preferences. We use Device Information to screen for fraud and to improve and optimize the Site, including measuring our marketing campaigns.

Do not track
We do not alter our data collection practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order we keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
